The doctor and staff are really nice and make you feel comfortable, even though you’re at a dentist’s office. I would recommend Clackamas Smiles Family Dental to others because everyone here is nice, willing to help, and they all do a great job.

Cleaned and checked. Dr. Suess found one leaking crown and scheduled a mid-July date to replace it. I highly recommend him to anyone. You will be in good hands and know you have the latest techniques applied to your dental work. Kudos.

I have anxiety that intensifies greatly with trips to the dentist, so when I started feeling pain in my gums, I was terrified. I ended up having a long, confusing journey that ended with an extraction and the whole process was really scary. That being said, EVERYONE I encountered at Clackamas Smiles greatly improved my experience. Dr. Seuss checked in on me numerous times, he always made sure I knew exactly what was going on and what my options were, and he was happy to answer my anxious brain's many questions. While the issue with my tooth was unfortunate, I could not have been in better hands and feel so fortunate to have found my new dentist. THANK YOU!!!!
Dr. Suess is the best dentist I've had in 46 years. He educates you on your dental reality and then thoroughly describes many options on how to handle. He's a family man with a great sense of humor too. He's done everything from root canals to braces, to trays, to implants, to bonding, to basic fillings and cleanings for me. I drive from St. John's to Clackamas for him. Oh and I get compliments on my smile now!
My first time going to this clinic and frankly I picked them based on location, reviews and the name of the Dentist...I mean Dr. Seuss...How could I not? Best decision ever! I walked in and from that moment until I left (with a fun little new client treat) I was treated like I had been a patient for 20 years. Everyone was professional, kind, personable, engaging, fun and gave off nothing but confidence in their abilities. The clinic was clean and well-appointed without feeling overdone. I am not a person who has ever been bothered by going to the dentist but it's a bonus that I am truly looking forward to having Dr. Seuss and his staff in my group of service providers going forward. I cannot say enough good or recommend this clinic strong enough. You will not be disappointed!
I came to Dr. Suess's office because I had a slight toothache. It am a dental professional and never have cavities but I knew something was not right. Dr. Suess's team was very kind to me and treated me like I was special to them. Dr. Suess spent 1 hr. with me talking, looking around my entire mouth and explained what I need. He made a few other suggestions to make my teeth more beautiful but left the final decision up to me. Dr. Suess could have tried to upsell me into higher-end treatment however, he told me what I really needed and wasn't trying to "sell" me on just anything to get is production up! Because I am also a dental professional, he shared some of the HIGH-TECH dentistry he is doing for patients. I am a dental consultant and see a lot of dentists and work with them to improve their services and care. Dr. Suess provides really high-end care to all his patients. He took a lot of time to complete my exam and he did a check of my jaw which most dentists rarely take time to do. I highly recommend Clackamas Smiles and I am telling all my friends to see him.
I am really impressed with this clinic. My son (age 2) was nervous to open his mouth for the dentist at first. Dr. Suess took the time to get down and read him 2 books to develop trust. After that my son was giggling while getting his teeth cleaned. This is a very family friendly clinic, super clean, and provides exceptional care. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!
